Sample Policy

We at Xenlite Kaleidoscopes try to make every attempt to make your buying experience efficient and comprehensive, however, we do understand the need to see sample products.

Due to the demand of sample requests, we will charge the full price of the item plus the shipping costs.

When an order is placed with Xenlite Kaleidoscopes within 30 days of receipt of sample, then a credit will be applied to your order. The credit will be the cost of the sample. If multiple samples are requested we will only credit against actual items ordered, not all samples, as samples are not returnable.
