Xenlite Drop Ship Policy
How it Works:
- You do not purchase any merchandise until you have sold the item and collected the money from your customer.
- You then purchase the item from us and we ship it directly to your customer.
Benefits:
- Allows you to sell a broad range of products with no investment.
- No expensive inventory or warehouse to maintain.
- You do not have to take the time to package and mail the merchandise.
- You do not have packaging material expenses.
Xenlite Kaleidoscopes will ship your order anywhere you want it shipped. You pay for the merchandise and the actual shipping costs and that's all!
We ship directly to your customer and use your name as the shipper.
When we ship to someone other than the person placing the order we do all of the following:
- We include YOUR return address and/or business name
- We do NOT include our company name anywhere on or in the order.
- We do NOT include the prices paid for the merchandise.
These 3 rules are implemented for a two reasons:
- So your customers will stay YOUR customers.
- So your customers will never know the markup prices.
Product Advertising:
You may use our pictures and descriptions anywhere to aid in your sales.
Drop ship pricing:
Product pricing will be 20% less than retail prices. Drop ship pricing is not applicable to wholesale items, gift packs or specials.
Shipping Policy:
- All orders will be shipped within 7 days of the order being received via International AirMail.
- Shipping charges are as follows:
- $4 for orders under $120
- $10 for orders totalling $120 and up.
- We also offer FedEx shipping to the US and UK. Prices are automatically calculated on our website based on shipping weight.
- There is a $2.00 Drop Ship Service Fee for each order.
- All packages are securely wrapped. If you would like postal insurance please note it on your order request.
- We drop ship worldwide.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns and will refund your account upon receipt of merchandise. Check out our full Return Policy.
Product Changes:
We will notify all dropship plan participants when changes to our retail products are made, but do not offer any guarantees. It is the responsibility of the plan participants to ensure their product list matches ours.
Instructions for placing a dropship order:
- Add the merchandise to your shopping cart
- When finished adding items go to "checkout"
- Login to your account using your login and password. This ensures your drop shipper's discount will be automatically calculated.
- Select the shipping method
- Fill in the form using your customer's shipping information.
- In the "additional comments" section of the order form type "dropship order".
- Submit the order.
Drop ship plan participation:
The first step is to establish an account with us. Once we have you set up
as a drop shipper you can either place your order online with us and provide the
customers shipping information with the order, or you can e-mail, fax or
phone your order to us. If you place the drop ship order online you will
be billed at that time through our online merchant account. All other
orders will be billed before the order is shipped.
To participate in our dropship plan, register a regular account with us. Email us your Xenlite.com User Name, TAX ID #, Business Name, Web Site Address and Billing Address. Once approved you will automatically be credited a 20% discount according to the terms specified herein.
